Hotel Federal in Hobart seeks an experienced Hospitality & Events Manager to lead hospitality and events across front and back of house. You will supervise Front of House and Head Chef, set service standards, and drive venue growth.

This full time role requires hands-on leadership during peak service, major events, and member functions. Responsibilities include coaching FOH/BOH teams, planning events, managing budgets, labour, stock, and POS, and ensuring food safety and RSA compliance.
