The rolesYou'll report to the Dev Lead and work as a hands-on individual contributor. You'll take features from design to production and work directly with the network, support, and operations staff who use what you build. Python
Build and extend the customer portal and API services
Design and maintain carrier, network, and cloud integrations
Build automation and agent-based tooling for operations

.NET
Extend and modernise the CRM
Build the workflows and integrations that connect the CRM to the rest of the platform
Help decide how the CRM evolves over the next few years

What we're looking for
Senior-level commercial experience with Python 3 and/or C#/.NET
Solid REST API, integration, and relational database experience
Comfort working in Linux




Sound judgement about trade-offs, and the ability to work independently
Experience with AI coding tools

Also helpful
Django, FastAPI, or Vue
Experience modernising legacy .NET Framework systems
Salesforce integration
Building with LLM APIs, agents, or MCP
Telco or networking experience (nbn wholesale, Juniper, NetBox)
Docker, CI/CD, Ansible
