We’re opening our second Armstrong Barbecue on the Bellarine Peninsula, and we’re building the crew from day one.

Here’s what we believe: great venues are built on great people, and we look after our crew like family. We back each other during the rush, celebrate the good nights, and we want to see you grow.

Texas-style barbecue cooked low and slow. Great drinks. A busy room with real energy. Weddings, functions and events where people remember how they were looked after.

We’re looking for keen, switched-on people who want to be part of something new. Experience is outstanding, but attitude matters more. If you’re hungry to learn, work hard when it’s busy and look after the people next to you, we’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll do
Look after guests, from the first hello to the last drink
Waitstaff: run food and drinks, learn the menu, and talk about our barbecue with confidence
Bar staff: pour beer, wine, spirits and mixed drinks fast and well
Be part of our weddings, functions and events
Work as a team with the kitchen, the bar and the floor
