We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our team at Yield Café. If you take pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly and love being part of a fast-paced hospitality workplace, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a casual position with a minimum of 20 hours per week. You'll be working across kitchen prep and dishwashing duties, playing a key role in keeping our kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service.

What You'll Be Doing
Washing, sanitising, and organising dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment
Assisting with food prep including chopping, portioning, and mise en place
Keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety standards
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during service




Restocking and rotating ingredients and supplies

What We're Looking For
Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
Able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not essential — we're happy to train the right person
Food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Adaptable availability including weekends
