THE ROLE

Processing end-to-end payroll for a designated group of employees

Managing current starters, terminations and employee lifecycle changes THE PERSON

1+ years payroll experience, ideally within a smaller company with end to end payroll experience

Confidence managing manual calculations and payroll adjustments

Experience with Awards/EBAs

Strong communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships

Self-motivated with a proactive and team-oriented approach

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate outcomes

Full Australian working rights as this is a permanent position
