Key Responsibilities
Make quality espresso coffee and other beverages to L.A. Donuts standards
Serve donuts, milkshakes, and light meals (straightforward heat-and-serve items)
Provide upbeat, welcoming customer service and upsell menu items
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Keep the store sparkling—clean tables, counters, coffee machine, and equipment
Restock displays and maintain product presentation
Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures

What We’re Looking For
Fun, friendly personality with a natural knack for customer service




Flexibility to work early mornings, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
Basic barista skills (training provided for the right person)
Ability to work independently in a small team
Reliable, punctual, and happy to pitch in with cleaning and general tasks
