About the Role

Serenity is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pub Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our venue and help deliver a outstanding experience for both customers and staff.

The position will commence at approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time management role as the business develops and the successful candidate takes on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily venue operations and support the team
Maintain robust customer service and venue standards
Assist with staff scheduling, stock and general administration
Ensure workplace, food safety and liquor compliance requirements are met




Work closely with the owners to improve operations and grow the business

About You
Previous experience in pub, hospitality or venue management
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Organised, dependable and willing to be hands-on
Customer-focused with a positive approach
Current RSA and Australian working rights
