Research & Feasibility Analyst (Events Industry)

Hybrid (WFH + regular meetings on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane) | Full time contract

We create and deliver major events worldwide. Now we need a sharp researcher to help us decide which ones to build.

The Role You'll work directly with our Director and General Manager. You'll dig into Australian music industry data: artists, audience trends, festivals and competitors. Then you'll turn it into clear feasibility calls on large-scale events

What You'll Do

Analyse market data and trends and turn them into insights that shape decisions.

Write, proofread and polish report decks, and brief our designers.

Keep projects moving: minutes,



scheduling, workshops and filing.

What You Bring

4+ years in admin or analysis across events, attractions, exhibitions or live entertainment.

Confidence with AI tools, Microsoft Office and G Suite, on both Mac and PC.

Proven experience with multiple AI applications specifically for segment research, data analysis and synthesis

Sharp writing, a excellent phone manner and an eye for detail.

Initiative, a can-do attitude and a team-player mindset.

Relevant tertiary studies (a plus).
