We're looking for someone experienced with sourdough production
4 days per week, 4-2pm
Job includes:
Mixing and maintaining temperatures of doughs, shaping, proving, baking and other preparation.
Must be open to learning or have experience in viennoiserie production
The right candidate will be given ample creative prospects and possibly take on a leadership position!
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
