The Role:
Reporting to the State Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales, developing current business and managing customer relationships across Perth and Western Australia.Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing new business and building robust customer relationships.
Converting existing leads, enquiries and active sales opportunities.
Visiting customers, identifying requirements and presenting solutions.
Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
Preparing quotations, negotiating and closing profitable sales.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities across our extensive product range.
Achieving agreed sales, gross profit and business development KPIs.
Maintaining an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
This is a proactive, customer-facing sales role, combining time in our Osborne Park showroom with regular customer visits and business development activities.

About You





We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a genuine passion for developing business.

Ideally, you'll have:
3+ years' experience in hospitality equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, smallwares, tabletop, appliances or a related B2B industry.
Robust relationships or connections within the hospitality sector.
Proven sales, negotiation and business development skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of gross profit.
A proactive approach to prospecting, customer visits and follow-up.
Strong organisational skills, initiative and personal accountability.
A current driver's license.
