We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

About the Role

As our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, supervising manufacturing personnel, and ensuring that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, managing workflow, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Manage, motivate, and support production team members.
Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement and maintain workplace health and safety procedures.




Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
Prepare production reports and communicate operational progress to management.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and design teams.
Ensure effective utilisation of materials, machinery, and workforce resources.

Pay: $60,500.00 – $116,000.00 per year
