We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and high tea, and host a variety of events and weddings. Casual & Part time Front of House Candidates must be available for a minimum of Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch shifts. Weekday availability is a bonus. Industry award pay rates. Full time positions / transition positions also available. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain in-depth product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a tight-knit team. Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations at every chance. Candidate Requirements:

A strong commitment to learning and personal growth. A current RSA certificate (or a willingness to obtain one). Versatile availability, including weekends, evenings, and the ability to work split shifts and double shifts. High standards of personal grooming and presentation. Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. An eye for detail, common sense, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, formal dining environment.
