TANDOORI CHEF / COOK WANTED – MADAM JI, DARLINGHURST

Madam Ji, a up-to-date Indian restaurant and bar located in Darlinghurst, is currently looking for a Tandoori Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled kitchen.
Basic knowledge of tandoor cooking and Indian cuisine preferred.
Someone reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must currently be residing in Australia.
