You’ll shoot and edit Reels, TikToks and ads that tell real stories in 30 to 60 seconds. That means behind-the-scenes series, product launches, weekly drops and in-store moments, with lots of shots, solid rhythm, dynamic titles and great sound design. You’ll work directly with the founders and the kitchen team.

What you’ll do
Plan and shoot content in our kitchen, stores and around Melbourne
Edit rapid-paced, scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks and ad creatives
Turn briefs and storyboards into finished videos, and bring your own ideas
Adapt content for different formats and ad tests
Deliver a steady flow of content each week
Look after our footage library and stay on top of trends

About you




At least [2–3] years of experience shooting and editing short-form social content
A strong portfolio of agile, story-driven Reels or TikToks (required)
Confident with a camera (mirrorless preferred), and able to get great results on an iPhone
Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
A great sense of pacing, sound design and motion titles
A good eye for food, natural light and detail
Organised, reliable and self-driven
