We are seeking a friendly, skilled and highly organised Reception/Admin Staff Member to join our team.

About the role:

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. No previous experience is required! We are happy to provide full on the job training for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:
Answering and making phone calls
Scheduling appointments and organising patient data using practice management software
Answering emails and organising the inbox
Maintaining balanced and productive patient books
Answering patient queries, making follow up calls and communicating between the clinician and patient
Assisting the clinician in writing e-mails and letters
Liaising with other clinic services e.g. IT support
Following up on referrals and requests from dentists
Processing payments

About you:





No experience required, but administrative, dental and endodontic experience is a plus.
Friendly with valuable phone manner
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Helpful by nature, ready to assist patients in your best capacity
Good problem-solving skills and willing to learn about the root canal process
Organised, punctual and task-oriented
Positive attitude, a team player with integrity

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
