About the role As a Front of House - Wine Specialist, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while sharing your enthusiasm for wine with our guests.

Delivering warm, professional and engaging table service.

Recommending wines and confidently discussing our wine list.

Assisting guests with food and wine pairings.

Supporting wine tastings, events and promotions.

Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver seamless service.

Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue.





About you You'll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality. Ideally you'll have:

At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or wine-focused front of house role.

Solid wine knowledge or a genuine passion to continue learning.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A current RSA.

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

A positive attitude and a team-first approach.
