We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage All-Rounders to join our team at Il Mercato Centrale Melbourne!

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across different areas of hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly and productive table service as a section waiter
Running food and drinks to tables
Working bar shifts, including preparing and serving beverages
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across service areas
Supporting the wider team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality experience, ideally across both floor and bar service
Strong communication and customer service skills




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence working in a fast-paced workplace
Current Victorian RSA certificate
A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Availability Requirements

Applicants must have flexible availability across lunch and dinner services, including Friday and Saturday nights.

Pay: $33.05 – $46.94 per hour
