The Catering Project Group is looking for a energetic experienced kitchen Porter who thrives in a busy kitchen and wants to work with a excellent inspiring team. Young & fun workplace, close to public transport. Operating 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our residents (NO late nights).

Responsibilities and Duties
Washing dishes, cutlery, plates, pots, etc.
Cleaning and sterilizing countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks
Availability to work across all days of the week although most volume business occurs on weekday
Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly
Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like cookers, pots and food mixers
Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation like cutting ingredients, peeling and washing food items

Availability to work across all days of the week.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 – $45.24 per hour
