Harmony International College Pty Ltd is a prospective RTO looking for trainers and assessors to join our team for the following qualifications:
CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction
CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction

Essential criteria for Application:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (must hold upgraded units TAELLN401 and TAEASS502)
Industry Currency and Up to date career development
Related package qualifications in the industry or demonstrated ability to Skills Map to relevant Units of Competency
Robust understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and compliance requirements including recent industry standards Standards for RTOs 2025
Current driver’s licence and transport will be advantage
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy
A friendly and approachable can-do attitude
Experience in developing and contextualizing training materials (desirable but not essential)
