January 2027 Start | Hybrid | Australian Citizen Clearance Highly Desirable We are looking for a genuinely solid Senior Data Business Analyst for a large-scale data and technology transformation setting. This is not a generalist BA role. You will be working across complex data initiatives, sitting between the business, technology and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical data solutions. The work will include data integration and migration, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, data modelling and supporting testing through to implementation. We are looking for experience across:
A minimum of 5 years' experience across data or business analysis
Complex data integration and migration projects
Source-to-target data mapping and data contracts
Data modelling, profiling, cleansing and reconciliation
Data Vault 2.0
ERWIN and Collibra
Solid SQL capability
System,



integration and user acceptance testing
Agile delivery environments
Working confidently with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects and technical delivery teams Exposure to SSRS, SSIS, Python, Power BI or Qlik Sense would also be highly relevant. This role will suit someone who is technically strong with data but equally comfortable engaging with the business. You will need to be able to work independently, take accountability for outcomes and communicate complex data requirements clearly to a diverse stakeholder group.
