About the role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our growing mobile phone repair and retail business in Camberwell. We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on repair experience who can confidently diagnose and repair mobile phones, provide excellent customer service, and assist with sales and daily store operations. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and customer-facing sides of the mobile phone industry and wants to grow with a business.

Key responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mobile phones, particularly iPhones and Samsung devices
Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker and other component replacements
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify faults accurately
Conduct post-repair testing to ensure devices are functioning properly
Maintain high repair standards and attention to detail
Handle customer devices carefully and follow proper repair procedures




Welcome customers and understand their repair needs
Explain repair options, pricing and turnaround times clearly
Recommend suitable accessories, mobile phones and repair services
Assist customers with purchasing current and pre-owned devices About you
Previous hands-on experience in mobile phone repairs is essential
Good practical knowledge of iPhone and Samsung repairs
Ability to diagnose faults and complete common repairs independently
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Confidence in recommending products and services to customers
Reliable, punctual, honest and professional
Valuable attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
