Supporting daily restaurant operations and delivering a seamless guest experience
Leading the floor during service ensuring premium service delivery, guest satisfaction, and team coordination
Managing guest feedback and ensuring service recovery when needed
Supporting stock control processes including deliveries, inventory checks, and presentation standards
Liaising with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain timing, presentation, and menu knowledge among staff
