We’re building a kitchen team to match the produce we cook with, and we’re looking for a robust CDP or sous chef to work nights alongside our Head Chef. The role
Run the evening service alongside the Head Chef
Work across grill, pass and pan
Keep your section clean, organised and prepped
Hold up the standard through a fast-paced service About you
Solid CDP or sous chef level, confident running a section on nights
At least 2 to 3 years in a fast-paced kitchen
Solid grill, pass and pan experience
Clean, tidy and organised
Cert IV in Commercial Cookery preferred, but experience matters more to us than paper
