Structural Revit Drafter – Commercial & Mixed-Use Developments In collaboration with our design consultant partner, we are seeking an experienced Revit Structural Drafter/Modeller with strong capability across commercial and mixed-use development projects.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in the preparation and coordination of detailed structural documentation for:
Commercial and mixed-use developments
Medium to high-density projects
Structural design documentation and drawing sets
BIM modelling and project coordination using Revit

Skills & Experience
High level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong detailing and documentation skills
Experience working on commercial or mixed-use development projects within a local design consultancy setting (essential)
Understanding of Australian building regulations and construction methods
Design documentation experience across reinforced / post tension concrete and structural steel
Ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated structural drawings
Strong communication and teamwork skills,



including liaising with engineers and other consultants
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality documentation

Desirable but Non-Essential Skills
Experience with BIM workflows and model coordination
Knowledge of parametric design processes
