key responsibilities
include:* Manage the day-to-day operations of Blacktown
Effectively control station costs to achieve financial targets
All aspects of staff management including recruitment and performance
Lead a team to promote a positive team culture
Actively seek ways to increase initiations within the location
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability
Increasing vehicle utilisation and fleet availabilityTo be considered, you should possess: Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth
The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
Some fleet management experience (highly desirable)
Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
Current and ongoing Australian work rights
