An opportunity has become available for an exceptional animal attendant to join Pet Resorts Australia Team. This role is physically demanding and quick paced, requiring a team member with a "can do" attitude and prepared to work in all weather conditions. Successful applicant must be flexible for work across a 7-day roster.

Key responsibilities
Husbandry and handling of animals
Customer Service
Monitor and report animal health
Upkeep and clean the facilities and site
Work in a team
Socialising multiple dogs, matching groups according to dog behaviour and personality

About you
Proven animal husbandry and canine handling knowledge and experience
Cat and dog breed knowledge along with positive behaviour / medical observation skills
Must be comfortable with handling dogs with varying size and temperament
Must be comfortable with handling cats
Solid understanding of reading & understanding dog and cat behaviour
Knowledge of cleaning and infection control procedures
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Team skills, and a positive loyal attitude
Strong Customer Service and client communication skills
Current driver's license and own transport
