WehavearequirementforaSiteManagertojoinusonashorttermcontractbasiscommencing 16th of November until end of year.

We'relookingforsomeonethathassignificantexperienceleadingsite-basedteamsonCommercialFit-outprojects.IdeallythiswillhavebeenintheOfficeorWorkplacesectors.

Responsibilitiesincludebutnotlimitedto
Attendweeklyupdatemeetingson-sitewiththeclientandsub-contractors.
Workcloselywiththedesignteamtocommunicateanychangeordersrequestedbytheclient.
Paperworkandprocessmanagement,usingVistaoranotheralternativePMsoftware.
Updateprojectschedulestoensureplansareontrackandmeetourclientcommitments,andeffectivelymanagingclientswhentherearedisruptionstotheschedule.

Knowledge,SkillsandExperience




5-10yearsofexperienceasaConstructionManagerorSiteManager,ideallywithinthecommercialfit-outsector.
Minimumof5yearsofexperienceworkingonofficeorcommercialspacefit-outprojectswithfullrangeofsubcontractors.
Experienceworkingverycloselywithawiderangeofinternalteams,includingDesignandPre-Construction.
Aresultsdriven,proactive,problemsolving,collaborator
Highlyorganized,deadlinedriven,andabletoprioritizeandmanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
