Accor's Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee the Restaurant, Café, Bar and Room Service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

You will lead the outlets team, coordinate events, roster staff, train recent teammates, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions while maintaining brand standards and cost controls.

This role requires 2+ years in rapid-paced F&B; and a valid RSA; Australian working rights are required.
