We're on the hunt for a Nightclub Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Storyville Melbourne! As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for running the bar, leading a team, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the bar and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead a team of bartenders and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the venue is always presentable
- Work effectively under pressure and demonstrate solid leadership skills
- Opening/Closing procedures

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a nightclub or high volume/ rapid paced bar setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
