Song Properties group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across high-rise residential buildings in Brisbane. You will manage maintenance, repairs, inspections and safety compliance while delivering reliable, cost-productive services.

Lead teams, mentor staff, manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, and build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders. You must be able to attend meetings outside business hours and navigate Strata legislation in Queensland.
