Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support a high-volume hotel kitchen. You will help maintain clean utensils, equipment and workspaces, ensuring compliance with HACCP and WHS guidelines. The role involves assisting chefs and supporting food preparation as needed.

You will work on a rotating roster, including AM and PM shifts, weekends and public holidays, with prospects to grow within Accor’s global hospitality network.
