The Role:

MinRes is seeking a energetic Yardsman to join the team at our Mobile Maintenance Workshop, located in Kwinana. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading mining services company committed to sustainable practices and innovation.

This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday – no weekends and no night shift.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and freight within the yard and workshop
Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries against purchase orders
Prepare, stage, and dispatch materials and equipment according to operational requirements
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, updating systems as required
Ensure the yard is organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards
Assist with forklift operations, loading/unloading, and movement of heavy equipment
Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe work environment

What is required:
Valid Drivers License
HRWL LF Mandatory, DG and RB highly regardes
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements




Previous experience as a Yardsman in a high paced environment where safety is priority
