Generating & reconciling monthly claims
Document control & data entry
Booking travel & fatigue management
Assisting with training & onboarding
Supporting site managers & reporting on completions What You’ll Bring
Previous site-based admin experience
Solid Excel skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
Commitment to Health & Safety practices Bonus if you have:
White/Blue Card (construction induction)
Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willing to obtain)
