Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
Manage day to day production reporting, KPIs and shift performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity
Support training and capability development across the production team




Ensure production records and compliance documentation are completed accurately and on time

About You:
Demonstratedexperience in aProduction Superviso r role
Background within beverage manufacturing
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Sound understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles
Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded
