Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer in Western Sydney for a standalone payroll role. You will own payroll operations for ~300 employees across weekly and monthly cycles and collaborate with HR, Finance, and an outsourced provider to ensure accurate, compliant processing.

You’ll join a supportive HR team during a period of positive change, with hybrid working and after-probation work-from-home flexibility.
