The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Auditor / Assistant Managers to join a high-performing audit team. In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, delivering quality audit and assurance services while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end external audit engagements for a wide-ranging client portfolio
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards
Identify audit risks and develop tailored audit strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Supervise, coach,



and mentor junior and graduate auditors
Liaise with managers and partners on engagement progress, findings, and reporting
Ensure compliance with relevant auditing standards (ASAs) and regulatory requirements
Contribute to process improvement and quality control initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
3–5+ years of external audit experience, ideally within a professional services environment
CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
Robust technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
Experience supervising junior staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, client-focused mindset and solid attention to detail
