We are seeking an experienced, skilled and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our acupuncture clinic on a casual basis.

Estimated Days and Hours availability
Tuesday 6:30am - 12:00pm
Thursday 12:30pm - 6:00pm
Saturday 6:30am - 12:00pm

Hours will shared between two candidates depending on availability and the needs of the clinic.

Key responsibilities
Managing patient appointments, bookings and cancellations
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and managing appointment reminders
Providing friendly, skilled and compassionate patient service
Maintaining accurate patient records and general administrative duties
Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic




Preparing and allocating patients to treatments rooms

About you
Previous medical or allied health reception experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence using booking systems and computers
A qualified, friendly and caring manner
Ability to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality
Reliability and attention to detail

Must have their own reliable car and a valid driver's license to ensure reliable transport to and from the clinic for all required shifts.
