War Memorial Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic AIN/AHA to join the Transitional Aged Care Program, delivering multidisciplinary in-home care and rehabilitation to aged clients. Casual role with potential for longer-term contracts.

Requirements include Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or Certificate III in Aged Care/Rehabilitation Nursing, or progress towards one, plus 2+ years in aged care or rehab settings. NSW driver license and car required for travel.
