Russell, a leading fleece/athletic brand, is seeking a Store Manager for our Essendon Recent Store in Melbourne. The role is full time with a Tuesday–Saturday roster, aimed at delivering an authentic customer experience and driving store performance.

You will nurture talent, build a positive culture, and lead by example in presentation and customer service. As a brand ambassador, you'll oversee displays, store ops, and loss prevention while guiding the team through training and recruitment.
