We're looking for a friendly and skilled Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our business. You'll be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating bookings, and supporting our admin team. This is a energetic role where no two days are the same, there's always something new to learn or a challenge to tackle.

Key responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Schedule inspections and repairs, and manage bookings
Provide general administrative support to the team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service or admin experience (preferred but not essential)
