Rocky Bay invites applications for a Lead Support Worker at Lockridge. This part time, permanent role (71 hours per fortnight) is female applicants only and involves shift leadership, hands-on support and complex care tasks in a supported accommodation home.

You will guide staff, coach current team members and uphold policies while supporting customers with disabilities, including PEG feeding, catheter care and medication administration.
