Senior Property Manager

Looking for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of a residential portfolio and lead from the front.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Handling tenant and landlord communication
Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
Mentoring and supporting the Property Management team and assistants
Delivering exceptional service and maximising landlord returns

What we're looking for:




Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management
Robust knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and mentoring capability
High level organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in property management software
