adidas Australia is seeking an Advanced Retail Skilled (3IC) for the Auburn Redyard Factory Outlet in Auburn, NSW. This full time role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain brand standards.

You'll lead a small team, coach staff, execute Visual Merchandising guidelines, manage stock flow and inventory processes, and contribute to a high-performing store workplace consistent with adidas' global values.
