Stelo in Launceston, Tasmania, invites applications for a Senior Section Waiter. The role begins as casual with permanent part-time or full time prospects for the right person. Most shifts are evenings, roughly 5pm–10pm, Tuesday to Saturday, in a busy restaurant and bar known for handmade pasta, Tasmanian produce and robust wine and cocktail programs.

You will be expected to run a section, communicate well with guests, stay organised under pressure, and bring genuine care to the floor.
