TASkeno, part of Federal Group, is seeking a Help Desk Operator for the Operations Centre in Sandy Bay. You will monitor systems, support venues and staff, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure a seamless guest and venue experience.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality, gaming or customer service experience, robust communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated setting. A rotating 20-hour minimum weekly schedule is offered with diverse shifts.
