Mary Street Bakery is seeking a skilled pastry skilled to join our team in Western Australia. You will prepare croissant, puff and sweet pastry doughs, laminate doughs, and create our range of donuts, pastries, cakes and slices.

Maintain stock levels with proper labeling and uphold food safety standards while working closely with the Head Pastry Chef and the pastry team. The role is 38 hours across Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as needed.
