We're expanding the team at F45 Tumbi Umbi and F45 Charmhaven and are looking for a casual coach with great coaching presence, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to connect with members on the floor.

About Us

F45 Tumbi Umbi and Charmhaven deliver premium 45-minute functional training sessions across strength, cardio, and hybrid formats. Every session is coach-led, allowing us to provide real attention to technique, progression, and member support.

The Role
Lead and coach F45 group training sessions with confidence and energy
Coach key lifts and movements with a strong focus on:
Appropriate progressions and regressions
Load selection and tempo awareness




Provide individual feedback to help members move better and progress
Create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that keeps members engaged
Assist with session setup, pack-down, and studio presentation
Represent the studio at special sessions and community events

What We're Looking For
A solid coaching background with positive technical understanding
Certificate III in Fitness (Certificate IV highly regarded)
Confident coaching functional and compound movements
Strong communication skills and floor presence
Ability to motivate, educate, and build rapport
Group training or F45 experience is a plus
