Be the hero who balances firmness with empathy

Work Smart, Not Hard

Collections doesn't have to be stressful. Here, you'll have:
Transparent processes that guide your work
Defined escalation paths
Fair workloads and caseloads
Leadership that actually listens
Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

We give you the tools and support to do the job right — without burning out.

Support When It Gets Tough

Let's face it — sometimes the calls are challenging. That's why:
Team check-ins keep everyone sane
Explicit rules make difficult conversations easier

Leave is respected (take a proper break)
Managers have your back when things get tricky

We're a small, tight-knit ops team — that means you'll see the impact of your work and have opportunities to:
Step into senior roles in operations
Learn customer support, compliance, and billing inside out

You'll thrive here if you:
Can stay calm on the phone
Balance empathy with firmness
Appreciate structure but like a bit of fun with your team
Want meaningful work (and some laughs along the way)

If you want aggressive "hit your quota at all costs" sales, this isn't it.

If you want to do collections properly, fairly, and with a supportive team behind you — welcome home.

We're responsible about our work — but not about burning you out. Our collections team is:

Structured

Supportive

Impactful

Fun (yes, really)

Because essential services deserve essential people — and those people deserve to enjoy the job
