Sydney Central Hotel Managed by The Ascott Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service and events in a full time capacity. You will lead a team, ensure high service standards and manage rostering, stock control and cost practices.

The role requires previous F&B; supervisory experience in hospitality, solid leadership, excellent guest service, and RSA certification.
