At Beaumont Tiles, we're all about helping customers create spaces they love. We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our Rockhampton team on a permanent part-time basis.

The Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be part of the team delivering a welcoming and personalised experience for every customer.

You'll be responsible for:
Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers
Helping customers find products that suit their needs, style and budget
Creating quotes and processing sales orders
Building strong relationships with retail and trade customers
Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products
Developing your knowledge across our extensive product range
Helping maintain an inviting and well-presented showroom




Working together with the team to achieve sales targets

About You

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a great customer experience. You'll bring:
A friendly, confident and approachable nature
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for sales and customer service
An interest in interiors, renovations and home improvement
The ability to learn recent products and systems
A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous retail or sales experience would be highly regarded

Your Hours

This is a permanent part time position working:
Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
